Eric, TMG's founder and CEO, has an extensive insurance background that spans almost five decades. Eric's career has included management and executive positions with insurance companies, vendors providing services to the insurance industry, as a successful agency owner, and currently as President/CEO of The Moberg Group, Inc.
Eric is an approved E&O Auditor for SwissRe/Westport, Great American Custom, and Utica National Insurance Group.
Greg is the Vice President of Operations for the Moberg Group (TMG). He has been with the company for over 16 years and has gained tremendous experience working with Independent Agents all over the country. Greg coordinates the Moberg Group relationships with numerous State Associations.
Greg also manages sales and distribution of the Agency Operations and Procedures Manual sold by TMG and many State Associations. Greg is an approved SwissRe/Westport Auditor with a specialty performing E&O Website Reviews. Greg is a licensed North Carolina P&C agent.
In his free time, Greg is an avid runner, swimmer, and cyclist, and enjoys participating in running events and triathlons. He enjoys family time with is lovely wife Stephanie and step-daughter Tara and their four dogs.
David W Gilbert, CPCU
Dave Gilbert has 45 years' experience across the insurance industry, having served as company underwriter, broker analyst/software trainer, independent agency account manager, and staff supervisor. He also has provided business analysis for software vendors and insurance companies. For the past ten years his focus has been on E&O risk management guidance for agencies around the U.S. He is an approved E&O Auditor for SwissRe/Westport.
Dave recently relocated to Chelsea, Michigan, where he and his wife Meg enjoy an active life in a great community. They love walking, reading, music, and time at their cottage on Lake Huron in northern lower Michigan. With a son and family on each coast and siblings around the Midwest, there's a lot of leisure travel as well.
Ronnie has been providing training and consulting services to agencies & brokerages for over 35 years. From guiding them through converting their data from one agency management system to another, to developing training curriculums, to training accounting staff, customer service reps & producers, to helping streamline front & back office business processes, to writing workflow manuals. She has done it all.
